A fresh graduate's life. are you one of us? :)
Hey! thanks for dropping by! this is my "new" blog... since my previous one was entitled
"Life as an undergrad waiting for graduation".
That was all about my school life, mostly about school stress and life as a student.
But I'm still entertaining comments there!
This is my new blog. Its off to another NEW world :) So far, so good. So many documents to file! haha.
Enjoy your stay and don't forget to leave a tag or post a comment!
Great new look you've got here.
no more dull moments, except some weekday afternoons during work.Today, in school we made PEACOCKS!
and banana rolls (turon). I can honestly say that I've been learning a lot of things in my "new" school, despite the curriculum's not really intended for 20-year olds.
A few hours after lunch, things again have started becomming idle.
Then I found me-self a good spot to sit and lay my heavy head down.
A few minutes I was already sleeping and waking up once in awhile but my head was too heavy that I couldn't and had no strenght at all to carry myself. I felt like somebody was talking to me, but it was just my imagination.
Just in time I already had the strenght, Miss Juan (the owner/director) already noticed me that I have been i dunno, idle.. or rather bored? ... She asked Teacher Gene to find me something to do.. hehe. Then after awhile, I was partaking in the Galileo program next door.

The GALILEO PROGRAM is an enriching program that offers math and english subjects to preschoolers and elementary students to practice/enhance their skills.
It came to my realization that my 5-yr old nephew was way way wayyyyy behind his basic education. He may be techy-savvy, but the basics uh-oh. To think I bought him Educational Dora and Blue's Clue CDs
when he was like 3.5 years old. It stopped one day when he was starting to hog my laptop
then until my dad had to service our PC and when it came back, it worsened.
Oh-Em-Gee, its been more than a year already! I feel sorry for myself that I didnt make it a habit to tutor him. (apparently my sister's depending on school too much, go figure how my nephew does his homework ALONE)
Its not too late to teach him right? NO MORE SPOILED NEPHEW. Time to listen to his Teacher Tita Toni. dang-it, i just wish my sister pays me for this tutoring haha.
I was thinking before that i'd be shadowing his lessons when he reaches grade school (when he can read and write already). But oh-well, gotta start it now. That brat... hehe... taking advantage of my favoritism
lovin' him!
I was able to excercise (or rather recall) my MATH skills while checking the worksheets without answer keys. haha...it was just basic math, but nevertheless... its been A VERY LONG TIME since I had math! (the only math we had in college was algebra, which was in first yr college... of course we had statistics also but heck, we used calculators!)
Tomorrow, I will be on a day off. Back to My REAL school (DLSU) time to catch up with school documents and commitments and requirements!
Hi Toni,
